Harianjogja.com, JOGJA - AAN Yogyakarta College of Administrative Sciences (STIA) held a graduation ceremony for 42 students of the Undergraduate Public Administration Program and 43 students of the Diploma Three Public Administration Program at the Ballroom of the Phoenix Hotel, Jogja, Saturday (11/13/2021).

This annual event is the graduation for the 17th Public Administration Undergraduate Program, as well as the 38th graduation for the Third Diploma Program.

Deputy Chair I for Academic Affairs STIA AAN Yogyakrta Sri Utami said that of the 42 students of the Undergraduate Public Administration Program, there were 9 graduates and 33 graduates. In which, there were 22 students who graduated with cum laude predicate/commendable.

"Meanwhile, 19 people graduated with very satisfactory predicate, and 1 person with satisfactory predicate," he said.

Meanwhile, 43 people participated in the graduation of the Diploma Three Public Administration Program, consisting of 26 graduates and 17 graduates.

"A total of 11 people graduated with cum laude predicate/commendable, and 32 people with very satisfactory predicate," he continued.

Regarding the graduating students, Sri Utami explained that they were students who previously participated in the morning and evening regular programs. "So are those who follow the extension program. Meanwhile, their regional origins are from the Eastern Indonesia Region, Papua to Western Indonesia, namely Aceh, as well as from abroad," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of STIA AAN Yogyakrta Arif Kuncoro DP hopes that STIA AAN graduates can seize job opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to increase planned self-capacity by utilizing IT developments. Graduates must also be innovative and creative and responsive to job opportunities.

"Committed to increasing competence according to stakeholder expectations and oriented to improving performance. For that I ask graduates to be optimistic and try hard," he hoped.
