Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the Yogyakarta Hall Hotel Santika Premiere Jogja, the Yogyakarta "AAN" College of Administrative Sciences inaugurated 39 graduates, consisting of 32 Bachelor graduates and 7 Diploma Three graduates. This historic activity is held regularly every year, and on this occasion it is the 36th graduation of the Diploma Three Program, as well as the 15th graduation for the Undergraduate Program in the State/Public Administration Study Program.

As for the average GPA of graduates from the Bachelor's Program, this graduation is 3.38 with an average study period of 3.8 years. Meanwhile, the average GPA for Diploma Three graduates is 3.34 with an average graduate study period of 2.8 years.

In the Undergraduate Program, the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.95 was achieved by I Gusti Ayu Agung Sita Praja Mukti from Tabanan, Bali. While in the Diploma Three Program, the highest GPA of 3.84 was achieved by Agnesta Ridwanda from Blora, Central Java, who currently has her first job in the Telemarketing Division of PT. Kotagede Board House, Yogyakarta.

Graduates of the Undergraduate and Diploma Three Programs at this graduation consist of regular morning programs and afternoon extensions. From the extension program which was attended by 15 employees, including from Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta, Alma Ata University Yogyakarta, Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta Language Center, Dr. RSUP. Sardjito Yogyakarta, RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, Central Java, KPU Kab. Gunung Kidul, and several other institutions, both government and private.

Head of STIA "AAN", Drs. Arif Kuncoro Dwi Putranto, MPA., in his welcoming speech conveyed his congratulations to the graduates who have successfully completed their studies. "It is hoped that the graduates will be able to increase their capacity in an innovative way and be responsive to job opportunities and oriented to work improvement, doing so with optimism and trying hard and accompanied by prayers and trust in Allah SWT," he explained.

In addition, the Head of STIA "AAN" also said that this graduation is also a new history for STIA "AAN" graduates, the graduates hold a new degree, namely the Bachelor of Public Administration (SAP) for the Undergraduate Program and Associate Expert of Public Administration (A). .Md. AP) for the Diploma Three Program. This is a consequence of the change in the name of the study program which was originally the State Administration Study Program of the Undergraduate Program to the Public Administration Study Program of the Undergraduate Program and the State Administration Study Program of the Diploma Three Program to the Public Administration Study Program of the Diploma Three Program, in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 867 /KPT/I/2019 dated 27 September 2019.

On this occasion, the graduation was attended by the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region V Yogyakarta, who was represented by Sukarsono Windu Kumoro, S.Kom., M. Kom., as the Head of the Institutional and Information Systems Division. In addition, it was also attended by all members of the Notokusumo Foundation Management, STIA "AAN" Alumni, Ma'ruf Fahrudin, A.Md., and several student representatives from STIA "AAN" UKM.
